Prince William celebrates as Kate Middleton achieves major milestone

Prince William issued a delightful life update after his beloved wife Princess Kate received a new honour.

On December 10, the Prince of Wales visited the Mercian Regiment and spent memorable time with the army officers and their families in a festive month.

William's office shared photos on Instagram in which the future King was seen enjoying joyful activities at the military formation.

The statement alongside the photos reads, "Joining a wonderful Christmas lunch and festive activities with the @mercianregiment and their families."

It is important to note that William's new message came after Princess Kate was shortlisted for Time Magazine's Person of the Year honour. 

Notably, Catherine made it to the list after fighting cancer and gracefully handling the controversies about her medical condition. 

The magazine stated, "Middleton was previously on the TIME100 list of Most Influential People in 2013, and one of the runners-up for Person of the Year in 2011."
