Cristiano Ronaldo's son wears father's rival team jersey surprising fans

Cristiano Ronaldo is regarded as a Manchester United legend even though he parted ways with the club on not-so-good terms, however, his fans still have admiration for the Portuguese player.

As of now, it appears that things are not the same for Cristiano Ronaldo as he has not shied away from speaking against his second spell at Man Utd. Interestingly, Ronaldo’s son also appears to be following in his footsteps, according to Essentially Sports.

Georgina Rodriguez posted images of quality time with their children on her Instagram handle.

However, what caught the attention of fans was Cristiano’s son, Matteo, wearing a Manchester City kit while posing alongside his sisters for the image.

Georgina had a heartening reaction to the photo as she captioned the story, stating, “My favorite chefs.”

It is not the first time that Cristiano Ronaldo’s son Matteo wore the shirt of his father’s rival club considering he had also adorned Lionel Messi’s Barcelona shirt. The little boy wearing the Manchester City kit likely displays his admiration for the club which his father almost signed for in 2021.

With many arguably considering him to be the greatest player in the club’s history, Cristiano Ronaldo is still linked to the red part of Manchester.
