The Vedaa teaser presented John Abraham in an action-packed avatar, accompanied by Sharvari Wagh, portraying the titular character.
On Tuesday, March 19, 2024, the makers of the film released the teaser on Youtube and other social media platforms.
In the first look poster Sharvari is seen standing behind John with scar marks on her face. While the latter is seen holding a knife with expressions full of rage.
The newly unveiled Vedaa teaser also offers a sneak peek into Tamannaah Bhatia's presence and her on-screen chemistry with John.
John also shared the teaser in an Instagram post, with a caption,"Jhagadna nahi aata mujhe, sirf jung ladni aati hai! #VedaaTeaserOutNow. (Link in bio) Releasing in cinemas on 12th July."
Moreover, recently he also unveiled the movie's poster, along with the announcement of the release date.
He noted, "Vedaa… she needed a savior. She got a weapon."
Director Nikkhil Advani mentioned that the film draws inspiration from real-life events.
Vedaa is produced by Aseem Arora and supported by Zee Studios, Emmay Entertainment, and JA Entertainment.
It is set to hit theaters on July 12, 2024.
Previously, while expressing his excitement about the film, director Nikkhil said, “Vedaa is not just a film. It's inspired from real events and is a reflection of our society and pushes the boundaries of reality."
