Jennifer Aniston has recently seemed to reconcile with Brad Pitt years after their messy divorce.

Jennifer and Brad had reportedly been in touch with each other especially at the time when the latter went through a divorce with Angelina.

A source spilled to US WEEKLY, Brad attended Jennifer’s 50th birthday party and even reached out to her when her mother passed away in 2016.

The source told the outlet, “Brad contacted Jen after her mom died, and she was touched that he knew what a difficult time it was.”

“Brad wishes he’d handled the end of their marriage in a more thoughtful manner. He asked for Jen’s forgiveness a long time ago, and she gave it,” shared an insider.

Meanwhile, Jennifer revealed she didn’t want to hold grudges about her divorce with Brad that happened back in 2005.

Speaking to Harper’s Bazaar, the actress mentioned, “I think it’s extremely important to forgive. Otherwise, it just builds up like toxic waste.”

“There’s nothing worse than holding a grudge. Listen, people can do unforgivable things, but you have to let it go and say, ‘Look, we’re all human beings. We make mistakes,’” she added.
