Halsey undergoes undisclosed medical procedure: ‘Back in diapers’

Halsey isn’t shying away from sharing all the gruesome details of their ongoing battle with endometriosis.

Most recently, the 29-year-old singer, who goes by she/they pronouns, revealed that she underwent an undisclosed medical procedure.

Taking to their Instagram Stories on Wednesday, the Without Me songstress shared snaps of their abdomen, which has several incisions along it. She also admitted that she’s wearing a diaper.

“Back in diapers but at least they have little bows [pink bow emoji],” she captioned the picture.

The multi-Grammy nominee also thanked celebrity OBGYN Dr. Thaïs Aliabadi for their “unparalleled care and brilliance.”

She did not provide any other context than a blank Story that read, “Endometriosis gang.”

Born Ashley Nicolette Frangipane, Halsey has been open about their struggles with endometriosis ever since she experienced a miscarriage in 2016.

Halsey underwent multiple surgeries for the condition, but it only got worse – so much so that she had to freeze their eggs at 23 years old.

She has since welcomed their son, Ender, with ex Alev Aydin in July 2021, calling the birth a “rare” and “euphoric” experience.
