Maheen Karim

(Designer)

1. ‑When I was in school I used to get the most amounts of cards and gifts! I felt great and special.

2.‑ Well, I have no recollection of a Valentine’s Day going wrong. Even if I didn’t have any special plans, then all of us friends would get together and go out for dinner and enjoy to the fullest.

3. ‑My husband Ali!

4. ‑My favourite spot is definitely Florence, Italy.

5. ‑Flowers, red roses...tons of them. There is nothing more romantic about this day.

6. ‑No plans at the moment, I feel am too old for that.

HasanRizvi

(Choreographer & music director)

1. ‑My most memorable Valentine’s Day was an extempore trip to Thailand. It was a much-needed break and a great way to reconnect.

2. ‑I was surprising Hina by decking up the room with flowers and other romantic stuff and our daughter ratted me out. Somehow it just made things cuter!

3. ‑Hina - my wife obviously... mentioning anyone else may get me killed!

4. Cafe Flo for the last 12 years!

5. ‑It is an excuse to take time out for yourself and your loved one. Although the day is very overrated it still makes the day unique in many ways.

6. ‑This year I plan to host a brunch for all those love birds out there.

Komal Rizvi

(Singer)

1. ‑I have been trying very hard to remember a truly romantic Valentine’s Day that I had but I just can’t! Which might be a good thing I guess because that means that my special day is still yet to come.

2. ‑I have been working on most Valentine’s Days. Last year it was Pepsi Unplugged at Cafe Flo Valentine’s special... I don’t consider working being dreadful, but it is certainly not romantic.

3. ‑I am a real idealist. And I love romance. The cheesier the better! So a grand filmy gesture like whisking me away to an exotic resort, adventurous getaway would be right up my alley. Maybe with Gerard Butler or Leonardo Di Caprio. It would be so romantic!

4. ‑Any sporty, beachy resort in an unusual tropical country. Not too hot... not too cold.

5. ‑Well it is all about love isn’t it? And even though I have lots of love in my life from my family and friends; and I consider myself one of the most blessed people on the planet for having so many sincere loving people around me, Valentine’s Day is about that special person, isn’t it?

6. ‑I will be performing for the PSL Cricket team opening match in Dubai. Exciting but not very romantic. Another working Valentine’s Day!

Faatima Khan Butt

(Model & actor)

1. ‑2015 after our son Azaan was born

2. ‑Never has there been a dreadful Valentine’s Day. Ahmad is a pro!

3. ‑Always and only Ahmad and maybe George Clooney... hehe.

4. Only Home sweet Home.

5. ‑The loud and clear show of emotions. We as human beings, show hatred more easily than love so I like the fact that everyone expresses their love because of this day. This is beautiful.

6. ‑Planning to just spend the day with each other as we hardly get time together due to our busy work schedules.

Muzna Ebrahim

(Host & actor)

1. ‑My most memorable Valentine’s Day just had to be one from a few years ago. A bunch of my girls and I were out for dinner. Partly to console some who didn’t have that ‘special someone’ in their lives and partly to make fun of the ones who did.

2. ‑The restaurant manager will never forget that day either. Because just during the hour and a half that we were there, he had to secretly evacuate 3 to 4 couples from a window or the ‘back way’ we can only assume why!

3. ‑My dream Valentine ... I will have to custom make the perfect one. Knowledgeable, kind , nature lover, adventurous, handsome, a great chef, fantastic with kids  and a sense of humour to match! And since he doesn’t exist I can, oh, dream.

4. ‑I don’t have a cheesy answer to favourite Valentine’s Day spot, but I assume that if you are with your true Valentine it doesn’t matter where you are.

5. ‑Valentine’s Day comes with a sort of excitement that one can feel whether you have a Valentine or not!

6. ‑This year I think I will be answering my 3.5 year old’s questions about why they are making red heart glitter cards in school and why everyone is talking about love etc.

 Falak Shaikh

(Model)

1. ‑I was in 9th standard and my classmate gave me red flowers and some chocolates. It was cute.

2. ‑As I don’t really believe in Valentine’s Day so I don’t celebrate it much. So, of course there are no dreadful Valentine’s Day.

3. ‑Arijit Singh, the singer.

4. A good restaurant and candle light dinner

5. ‑As I said above I don’t believe in Valentine’s Day and I think love is an emotion that needs to be expressed every day.

6. ‑If  I am not working then I will be spending my day with my family.

Angie Marshal

(Beautician)

1. ‑The first Valentine’s Day we had after my son Nicholas was born.

2. None so far.

3. ‑I already have a Valentine. I don’t need to dream

4. ‑Mombasa, Kenya or South of France

5. ‑That everyone across the globe expresses their love for their loved ones be it with flowers, chocolates, cards or even a loving word.

6. ‑Haven’t decided yet. Maybe candlelight dinner at the beach or spend the evening on a yacht.

 Erum Khan

(Designer)

1. ‑(Blushing) two years back I had the most memorable Valentine’s Day of my life. The roof top was decorated with flowers and balloons and there were roses everywhere with fine dining. It was romantic.

2. ‑Oh, there are so many in which I didn’t have time to go out because of my work with my Valentine.

3. ‑Do you want to hear height of narcissism then it would be male version of myself!

4. ‑Lots of greenery, beautiful scenery and yes presence of flowers would be like cherry on the top.

5. ‑It seems like one day is not enough to celebrate love. But the most perfect thing about Valentine’s is that love is in the air and every other person seems like celebrating around you

6. ‑Oh, that thing I have always let my Valentine  think about it. Winks winks!

Misbah Khalid

(Director & actor)

1. The most memorable one is yet to come!

2. Ordered flowers that never arrived.

3. Why dream when reality is better.

4. Cafe Flo. Great ambiance, good food.

5. ‑I think each day should be a celebration of love and gratitude for our blessings.

6. ‑I will take myself out for breakfast because I love me!
