United Nations: The UN Security Council will vote on Tuesday on a draft resolution demanding that Yemen´s Huthi rebels pull back and punishing them with an arms embargo and sanctions, diplomats said.
The measure put forward by Jordan and Gulf countries could be blocked by Russia which has veto power in the 15-member council. (AFP)
