AIOU approves centre for Timergara

TIMERGARA: The Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has approved establishment of a full-fledged regional centre at Timergara to facilitate students.
District Lower Dir Nazim Muhammad Rasool Khan had sent a letter to AIOU vice-chancellor to demand setting up of a full-fledged regional centre at Timergara. The AIOU Islamabad management has forwarded an approval letter to the office of the deputy commissioner and Lower Dir district nazim. It said the AIOU management at a meeting had approved establishing a full-fledged regional centre for students of Lower Dir, Upper Dir and Bajaur districts.
