Entertainment-starved Peshawarites enjoy fashion show
PESHAWAR: The entertainment-starved residents of the city enjoyed a rare fashion show at a hotel here.
The audience at the jam-packed Khushal Hall of the hotel saw beautiful models displaying some fabulous designs.
Shazia Kayani, Faisal Imam, Sana and Huma, some of the premier dress designers in Pakistan, had designed the apparels.
The people, particularly the young girls, evinced keen interest in garments of designers like Feroza & Fareha collection and Mansoor Rajput Collection. The visitors enjoyed the show and appreciated the efforts of the organisers.
The hotel in collaboration with Media Sniffers organised the event to provide entertainment to dwellers of the provincial capital, who suffered a lot due to militancy for more than a decade.
The models did catwalk and received applause from the audience, who enjoyed the glamour and excitement.
The event was well-attended as a large number of women showed up. The theme of the fashion show was bridal and casual. Some stunning dresses were introduced on the occasion.
