Saddar Town Municipal Corporation (TMC) Chairman Mansoor Ahmed Sheikh, who is also the senior vice president of the Karachi Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, engaged with local residents and promised immediate action to resolve their longstanding concerns.
He unveiled a plan aimed at resolving civic challenges focusing on delivering essential public services directly to residents. He highlighted the administration’s commitment to enhancing education standards, noting ongoing efforts to ensure that the public schools across Saddar Town were both functional and secure for future generations.
On the issue of drug peddling in the area, the Saddar TMC chairman declared an uncompromising stance stressing full cooperation with law enforcement agencies to eradicate drug peddling. He called for parents to stay alert to safeguard their children from the threats of substance abuse.
Addressing environmental issues, Sheikh noted the adverse effects of global warming on the city’s climate. He underscored the need for tree plantation campaigns and detailed ongoing efforts to mitigate heatstroke risks through green initiatives.
Concluding his engagement with the residents, he reiterated his dedication to transforming Saddar Town into a model area.
