‘Entire nation stands united with armed forces’
Islamabad:Member National Assembly and Chairman of the National Assembly Standing Committee on Interior, Raja Khurram Nawaz, visited the residence of Lieutenant Colonel Zaheer Abbas in Pakistan Town, Lohi Bher, Islamabad, to offer condolences on the martyrdom of his son, Irtaza Abbas, who embraced shahadat (martyrdom) during Indian aggression in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, says a press release.
During his visit, Raja Khurram Nawaz expressed deep sorrow over the loss and offered Fateha (prayers) for the martyred soul, standing in solidarity with the grieving family. “Targeting innocent children is the height of cowardice,” said Raja Khurram Nawaz, strongly condemning India’s unprovoked aggression. “We stand with you in this difficult and painful time. Your grief is our grief,” he added while speaking to the family members. Raja Khurram Nawaz was accompanied by Rana Shakoor, Yasir Gujar, Khawar Gul, and other respected members of the community during his visit.
