Three-day training arranged for stenographers
PESHAWAR: A three-day training was arranged for the secretaries, private secretaries and stenographers of Peshawar High Court to train them to draft judgments.
The training was held at the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy, Peshawar.Around 14 people participated in the training. The objectives of the training are to equip the secretaries, private secretaries and stenographers with the knowledge, skills, and best practices required to excel in their roles.
Justice Syed Arshad Ali, Administrative Judge, Peshawar High Court/Advisor KP Judicial Academy, attended the inaugural ceremony as the chief guest.Jehanzaib Shinwari, Director General Judicial Academy, Zia Ur Rehman Dean Faculty, Dost Muhammad Khan Senior Director Administration, Dr. Qazi Ataullah, Senior Director Research & Publication and the directors and officers of the academy attended the event.
Justice Syed Arshad Ali, in his remarks, spoke about the importance of the training and expressed that it was essential to enhance their skills, knowledge, and professionalism to ensure justice was delivered efficiently.
Earlier, the Director General of the Academy, in his welcome note, highlighted the concept, objectives and significance of the training program.By sharing the details of the training and course contents, he said that the dispensation of justice depended on the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of court personnel.
