Zahid wins historic silver for Pakistan at IFBB World Cup
KARACHI: Pakistan's top bodybuilder Mr. Zahid Mughal excelled at the 2024 IFBB World Fitness Championships & Men’s World Cup in Japan.
According to details, the Pakistani bodybuilder Zahid Mughal won the silver medal, marking the first time Pakistan has achieved such a feat in the history of the Bodybuilding World Cup. After winning the silver medal in this prestigious event, Mughal said, "IFBB Men’s World Cup is the biggest platform for bodybuilding events. I am representing WAPDA and have won the silver medal for the first time for Pakistan in the Bodybuilding World Cup.
"I am thankful to the Pakistan Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, which has put in significant effort for our bodybuilders and covered the financial expenses," Zahid said. "I urge the Government of Pakistan to support me after this silver medal and also provide assistance to our federation," Mughal added. The 2024 IFBB World Fitness Championships & Men’s World Cup, was held in Tokyo from December 16 to December 20, featured top bodybuilders from around the world, including Pakistan.
