IHC seeks report on Dr Fozia’s visa
Court instructs foreign office to address issue of Dr Aafia Siddiqui and sought a progress report in next hearing

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday sought a report regarding the delegation visiting the US pertaining to the release of Dr Aafia Siddiqui.
Justice Sardar Ijaz Ishaq Khan heard the case. The court was told that the delegation had met Dr Aafia in jail. Dr Fozia Saddiqui, her sister couldn’t join the delegation due to visa issues. The court instructed the foreign office to address the issue and sought a progress report in the next hearing.
