KARACHI: Pakistan’s top five athletes will participate in the World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships in Hong Kong from November 27 to December 4.
Adil Hussain, Shahbaz Ahmed, Ameer Hamza, Naila, and Zena Sheraz will feature in this event which is the highest level of Taekwondo Competition in the world out of Olympic Game. Adil Hussain has national ranking number one and he has won gold and bronze medals at international events while he participated in 5th Asia Open Championship and World Taekwondo.
Shahbaz Ahmed has national ranking number one and he has won two gold and three silver medals in international events while he participated in the 5th Asia Open Championship and South Asian Games 2019.
Ameer Hamza has national ranking number one and he has won two gold, one silver, and four bronze medals in international events while participated in the 5th Asia Open Championship, Asian Championship in Vietnam, and World Breaking and Demonstration Championship.
Zena Sheraz has national ranking number one and she has won one gold and two bronze medals in international events while participated in the 5th Asia Open Championship, World Beach Championship, and World Kukkiwon Hamadan. Naila has national ranking number one and she has won two gold, one silver, and five bronze medals in international events while participated in the 5th Asia Open Championship, World Beach Championship, and World Kukkiwon Hamadan.
