ISLAMABAD: Mohammad Ashab Irfan edged out Veer Chotrani of India in a hard fought five-game final to win the $9,000 Squash Challenge Cup in Houston (USA).
Ashab defeated Chotrani 11-7, 8-11, 12-10, 8-11, 11-8 in the final that lasted for 80 minutes.
Earlier, Ashab defeated countryman Ahsan Ayaz 11-8, 11-6, 13-11 in straight games in the semi-finals.
