ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Wednesday wrote a letter to the Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja drawing his attention to the list of election symbols for the registered political parties bearing close resemblance to the PPP Parliamentarians election symbol ‘Arrow’.
In charge PPP election cell Senator Taj Haider in a letter to the chief election commissioner pointed out five election symbols which are similar to the PPPP’s election symbol of ‘Arrow’ including pencil, ball point pen, pen, screwdriver and toothbrush.
Taj was of the view that this resemblance could confuse the ordinary voters affecting the PPPP.
