Acting dean and director of IBA assumes duties

The acting dean and director of the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi, Dr Sayeed Ghani, has assumed his duties and would continue to work on the post until the provincial government announces the new dean and director, spokesperson of the IBA said on Tuesday.
The IBA Board of Governors in its meeting, held on March 9, had nominated Associate Professor and Associate Dean of Computer Sciences, Dr Sayeed Ghani, as acting dean and director, he mentioned.
Dr Ghani has a BS from the MIT and MS and PhD from the Columbia University in electrical engineering.
His field of expertise is in wireless and mobile communications and he has also been a member of the Board of Governors of IBA.
