- Born on 18 April 1987 in Wimbledon, London, England.
- Has two siblings: brother Joe and sister Juliet.
- Studied English at the University of Exeter.
- Made her stage debut in 2010, subsequently earning acclaim for her performances in several plays in the following years.
- Received international recognition for portraying Princess Margaret in first two seasons of the streaming drama series The Crown (2016 – 2017).
- Has since appeared in movies including Hobbs & Shaw (2019), Pieces of a Woman (2020), Napoleon (2023), and the Mission: Impossible film series (2018 – present).

- Sparked the disruptive “chicken jockey” TikTok trend which has seen some viewers enthusiastically reacting to certain moments from the film.
