NEW YORK: Bill Gates, the co-founder of Micrsoft, has once again taken the top slot in the list of world’s wealthiest individuals with a net worth of whopping $87.4 billion.
The list was released by a wealth-tracking website Wealth-X which shows Spain’s Amancio Ortega on the second position with $66.8 billion. Ortega is the founding chairman of clothing retailer Inditex.
Warrant Buffett takes third slot with his net worth of $60.7 billion.
The list puts potential US presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg at ninth place with a net worth of $42 billion.
