Rawalpindi: International Hockey players from World X1 and hall of fame including Pakistan hockey legends met Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa here Tuesday.
According to Inter Services Public Relations, the Army Chief appreciated Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) initiative for bringing the world players to Pakistan.
He assured PHF of Pakistan Army’s support for provision of security for international hockey matches and revival of our national game.
PHF President Brig Khalid Sajjad Khokhar (retired) thanked COAS General Bajwa for his keen interest and efforts for sports activities in Pakistan.
