Pakistan, China discuss economic, security ties
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and China on Monday discussed entire spectrum of bilateral relations to enhance mutual cooperation in all fields, including, CPEC, trade, defence and issues of regional and international significance in the 8th round of strategic dialogue.

As per official handout, political, security and economic issues were discussed during the meeting , which was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Pakistani delegation led by Foreign Secretary Tehmina Janjua, while the Chinese side was headed by Assistant Foreign Minister of Foreign Affairs for Asian and Consular Affairs Kong Xuanyou.
The Foreign Secretary and her Chinese counterpart also exchanged views on issue of Kashmir , the regional situation in Afghanistan. The US policy for South Asia, matters relating to the Korean Peninsula were also came into discussion.
