Hong Kong stocks open 0.70 percent higher
HONG KONG: Hong Kong stocks rose 0.70 percent in the first few minutes of trade Monday after China´s central bank at the weekend cut interest rates for the second time since November.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index added 173.47 points to 24,996.76.
