Blue Jays star Ernie Clement engaged to longtime girlfriend Stefanie Brejcha
Brejcha has regularly supported Clement at major baseball events, including several of Toronto's postseason games last year
Toronto Blue Jays fan favourite Ernie Clement is reportedly engaged to his longtime partner, Stefanie Brejcha.
The couple sparked speculation after a photograph of Brejcha wearing an engagement ring was shared on Instagram on Monday.
The image was posted to an Instagram Story by Faith Reilly, the fiancée of Clement's former Blue Jays teammate Joey Loperfido.
Brejcha later confirmed the news in a post, with photos from their engagement party.
Clement and Brejcha publicly revealed their relationship in January 2024, although they are believed to have met while the infielder was with the Cleveland Guardians organisation in late 2022.
Brejcha attended Kent State University and grew up in Mentor, Ohio, near Cleveland.
The engagement comes as Clement and the Blue Jays prepare for a three-game road series against the Guardians.
Brejcha has regularly supported Clement at major baseball events, including several of Toronto's postseason games last year.
The couple also appeared together on the red carpet at the 2026 MLB All-Star Game in Philadelphia.
