Scotland midfielder Scott McTominay will reportedly miss upcoming matches after Napoli confirmed he needs a minor procedure to treat “a mild benign arrhythmia”.

The 29-year-old was substituted after 56 minutes of Sunday’s Series A fight by Como and will have corrective statement in the coming days.
