Mark Zuckerberg launches optimistic Meta AI advertising campaign
‘Meta has always believed in giving people the power to share, connect and shape your world in the ways you want, said Zuckerberg’
On Thursday, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg outlined a promising vision of the agentic future, publicly supporting the idea that connecting the world will only be upgraded with advanced artificial intelligence tools and technologies.
The recent revelation highlights a dramatic contrast with some of Meta’s competitors.
The 42-year-old said in a Facebook post: “Meta has always believed in giving people the power to share, connect and shape your world in the ways you want.”
“As we enter this next wave with AI, we continue to believe the future is for everyone, and we focus on giving every person the tools to reach your full potential and making sure the benefits of technology are distributed to everyone.”
The current post is tied to a broader paid and earned media campaign promoting Meta’s vision.
The ad underlines Meta’ ad-supported database and accessible technology and suggests that the mission will be reinforced by its AI ambitions.
In this connection, he said: “We bet on people when we connected you to the ones you lost touch with and again when we connected you to the ones who couldn't be near.”
Zuckerberg expects a positive outcome in contrast to some of his rivals who hold doomsday views around jobs and security in the AI era. Meta’s alignment around strategies to make its technology widely accessible is significant particularly as several AI competitors target enterprise accounts as a way to expand their businesses.
Nonetheless, Zuckerberg’s visionary perspective builds more confidence in Meta’s societal role in the agentic future.
