Sean 'Diddy' Combs 'running scared' amid new legal storm
Sean 'Diddy' Combs hit with new allegations amid expanding legal fight
Sean 'Diddy' Combs is facing new allegations as male accuser claims recent developments in an ongoing case could increase pressure on his legal defense.
Jonathan Hay, a music producer and publicist has filed a lawsuit against Combs, alleging that changes made to the rapper's legal filings indicate growing concern about potential additional legal exposure, according to Radar Online.
Hay has accused Combs of sexual assault during encounters that took place in 2020 and 2021. "Diddy filed a major amendment and changed/removed his justification of a 'lawful citizen’s arrest', which likely appears that he’s panicking about the strong possibility of new criminal charges in Los Angeles!" he told the outlet.
Hay also noted, "I think it seems obvious he is scared and rightfully so, especially after learning of the DA speaking out and confirming it's under review from two criminal files submitted by both the LAPD and the LASD."
It is pertinent to mention that reports indicate that officials in Los Angeles are reviewing information related to Hay's allegations.
Yet, no criminal charges have been announced. Authorities have also note publicly disclosed any conclusions on the matter.
Notably, Hay has also told the outlet that he is still haunted by what Sean 'Diddy' Combs had forced him to do.
He said, "I am not concerned with apologies or empty gestures."
"To be transparent, I would never accept an apology from Sean Diddy Combs, CJ Wallace, or The Notorious B.I.G. estate. My only focus is on the enforcement of criminal justice and ensuring that those responsible for these actions face the full consequences dictated by the law," Hay added.
