For the annual gathering, honoring members of the public for their service to communities across the United Kingdom, the King and the Queen were joined by Prince Richard, Duke of Gloucester and Brigitte, Duchess of Gloucester.

The official Instagram handle of the royal family posted photos, showing Camilla turning heads in familiar white Anna Valentine coat dress paired with a matching Philip Treacy hat. Meanwhile, Charles opted for traditional morning dress completing with top hat.

The caption of the post read: "This afternoon, The King and Queen hosted a Garden Party at Buckingham Palace. Their Majesties were joined by The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester."

"Over the course of each year, over 30,000 guests are invited to attend a Garden Party, usually in recognition of public service, and are nominated by organisations including the Armed Forces, the NHS and a wide range of charities," it read further.

The pictures shared showed King Charles and Queen Camilla greeting guests throughout the palace gardens.

It is pertinent to mention that this year's garden party calendar is reportedly busier than usual with additional events scheduled to celebrate the 50th anniversary of The King's Trust and support veterans' charity The Not Forgotten later this month.
