Alexandra Daddario and Finn Wittrock come together in the upcoming film Hershey.
As the first trailer of the film debuted on Monday, June 29, it offers a glimpse into inspiring story of Milton S. Hershey and his wife, Catherine Hershey, played and Finn Wittrock and Alexandra Daddario, whose vision helped create The Hershey Company and the Pennsylvania town that bears their name.
According to the film's synopsis, Hershey follows Milton's journey from repeated business failures to building a global chocolate empire. Alongside Catherine, he ultimately chose to use his success to create "an iconic chocolate empire chose to channel his success into a legacy of education and community that continues to transform lives today."
Directed by Mark Waters, the film also stars Alan Ruck, David Costabile, Richard Kind and Heléne Yorke.
Peter G. Hurt, president of Milton Hershey School said to People Magazine that the film shines a light on a story many people have yet to discover. He said, "Milton and Catherine Hershey’s story is one of vision, generosity, and enduring impact — but it doesn’t end with them."
Adding, "Today, their legacy lives on through thousands of young people whose lives have been transformed—including my own—because two people chose to invest in something greater than themselves. This is a story many don’t yet know, and one we are proud — and eager — to share with the world."
Hershey is said to release on November 25, 2026, with its production being wrapped in Pennsylvania in 2025, with filming taking place across 17 locations throughout the state.
