Kate Middleton reflects on pressures of modern life in heartfelt message
Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales shared a heartfelt message about human connection following her public engagement in London.
The official Instagram handle of the Early Childhood posted Kate's quote from her introduction to a new early childhood guide titled, Foundations for Life: A Guide to Social and Emotional Development, released by her Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood.
In it, the future Queen of Britain reflected on the pressure of modern life, describing a world that feels increasingly "distracted, fragmented and digital."
The quote of the Princess of Wales shared in caption, read: "In a world which feels increasingly distracted, fragmented and digital, it is more important than ever to invest in what truly helps us to thrive: human connection."
It continued, "Research consistently shows that it is our earliest relationships, experiences and environments which lay the foundations for our future health and happiness."
"Early childhood is a critical window for developing the social and emotional skills that become the bedrock of lifelong wellbeing and opportunity.
Now is the moment to place care and connection at the heart of all we do, and to shape a future in which love can truly flourish," Kate Middleton concluded.
This comes as the Princess of Wales continues to re-engage with public duties after her cancer battle.
During her visit to the University of East London, she met with families, students and experts while launching Foundations for Life: A Guide to Social and Emotional Development.
