Donald Trump on Iran: 'King Charles agrees even more than I do to stop nuclear prospects'
King Charles is said to hold the same view as Donald Trump
The President of the United States has just made a bombshell claim about the Iran conflict and King Charles’ thoughts about the U.S. demand over their nuclear power.
The remarks were made during Trump’s speech at the white-tie event, and comes the morning after the State Dinner in the White House just yesterday. There the two men are said to have discussed their bilateral ties at length.
Elaborating on that for the public Trump said, “we’re doing a little Middle East work right now … and we’re doing very well," according to The Guardian.
“We have militarily defeated that particular opponent, and we’re never going to let that opponent ever, Charles agrees with me even more than I do, we’re never going to let that opponent have a nuclear weapon. They know that, and they’ve known it right now, very powerfully.”
What is most pertinent to mention regarding this claim is that it comes despite the King being known for his neutral stances on all matters pertaining to politics.
Buckingham Palace has also responded shortly thereafter with a statement of their own that reads, “The king is naturally mindful of his government’s longstanding and well-known position on the prevention of nuclear proliferation.”
Day 3 of U.S. State Visit:
Day 3 of King Charles and Queen Camilla’s visit has finally hit, with the clock striking 12, and once the sun rises, the couple will take part in a myriad of ceremonies and events, the biggest of which is the 9/11 memorial.
The ceremony itself will take place in Lower Manhattan and will also include Mayor Zohran Mamdani and other officials, will also take part as the monarchs meet with the families of victims too.
Moreover, the days prior King Charles was in Washington DC the State Dinner, and the world also saw him address Congress, being the first British monarch since 1991.
