Epstein file EFTA00265005 linking Australia remains available on DOJ Website?
Dan Lamberton claims the Epstein file about Australian politicians was removed from Department of Justice website
The US. Department of Justice released millions of pages of documents related to investigations into convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein earlier this year under the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
One file, identified as EFTA00265005, recently drew widespread online attention after claims circulated that it had been removed from the DOJ’s public website, making it unavailable to readers.Curiosity intensified when an Instagram user said he had screen-recorded the document before it allegedly disappeared.
Although a search of the DOJ Epstein library shows the file remains accessible in Data Set 9, the online claims prompted questions about its contents.
The roughly 70-page file has sparked discussion on social media, but many users have been reluctant to read it in full. Conspiracy theorists have suggested it was temporarily taken down because it could be damaging to a foreign government and former high-level officials.
Some online users claim the document implies that Epstein’s activities extended to Australia, including possible links to government figures.
However, the file is still publicly available on the DOJ website, and assertions that it was permanently removed are incorrect.
The Department of Justice has previously noted that the massive document dump includes unverified tips, public submissions, and materials that may contain inaccurate or sensational claims. Officials have urged caution in interpreting individual files without full context.
