Sarah Ferguson is reportedly trying to secure a new place to stay after her private retreat in Austria was exposed.

According to new reports, the ex-wife of former Prince Andrew was forced out of her hiding and back into uncertainty following the incident.

The former Duchess of York, who had been keeping a low profile amid ongoing controversy over her past ties with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, is said to be reaching out to close and well-connected friends for support.

An insider told Daily Mail that Ferguson is now relying on her inner circle to help her stay out of the spotlight while navigating the latest setback.

“Sarah has good friends. People who know her well are happy to help her. She won’t be left with nowhere to go,” an insider said.

This comes after a royal expert said that Fergie’s reappearance had a hidden meaning.

Speaking on Palace Confidential, royal commentator Richard Kay said her low-key appearance indicated a clear effort to remain unnoticed.

“Sarah has finally emerged. We knew she would at some stage and we’ve been hunting for her high and low over recent months,” he said.

“She didn't want to draw attention to herself. I think that was probably the message. But obviously it's intriguing that she has now finally surfaced.”
