Kensington palace drops adorable video of Prince Louis

Prince Louis, the youngest son of Prince William and Kate Middleton celebrated his eighth birthday on April 23.

To mark Louis' special day, Kensington Palace dropped adorable video clip of the young royal. The  video shared on the offical Instagram handle of the Prince and Princess of Wales featured a compilation of adorable video clips of Louis.

In the caption heartfelt respond to birthday wishes was shared on behalf of the Wales that read: "Thank you for all the birthday wishes for Prince Louis."

"8 is great!" it read further.

Earlier, Prince William and Kate Middleton marked their son's birthday with a sweet tribute.

The proud parents posted a new snap of Louis, looking all grown up along with the caption, "Happy birthday, Louis! 8 today!"

In the photo, appeared to be taken at a beachy outing, Louis wrapped his arms on his chest while wearing a blue sweater over a same color shirt.

Royal fans shared their love for Louis in the comments section with one writing, "8 years old already! It feels like only yesterday we first saw Prince Louis."

Another added, "Aww what a brilliant picture!! Can’t believe he’s 8 already."

"Happy Birthday little Louis! I hope you have an amazing day filled with love and happiness," the third wished.

Besides Prince Louis, the Prince and Princess of Wales are also parents to Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
