Meghan Markle has seen a number of accusations, for years, from her former employees, some of whom have given her nicknames that stuck, like ‘dictator in high heels’, but this time around, another wave has come, via commentator Tom Sykes.

He revealed these thoughts of former employees in a conversation with The Daily Beast’s The Royalist podcast.

During that conversation, he recalls one of those employees admitting to having had their own “traumatic” memories of employment surface. As for why, it was due to a circulating image that showed Meghan giving Prince Harry’s chief of staff, Sarah Fosmo, a glare he defines as ‘deathly’, all for touching the Duke.

While recalling a few former staffers the commentator says, “another former employee told me, ‘it gives me PTSD’. This is what they said after watching the clip: ‘It’s classic Meghan... smiling to the public on one side of her face and glowering at you on the secret side where she thinks she is unobserved’.”

But that isn’t all because there are some that went above calling her a “demon boss” prone to having moments that they describe as “psycho moments.”

Users on social media ended up creating memes and the like against the Duchess’ whose face appeared to drop the moment she realized someone had her hand on Prince Harry’s shoulder blade.
