Dianna Russini, Mike Vrabel's choice of hotel raises eyebrows

Dianna Russini recently resigned from The Athletic after her controversial pictures with New England Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel went viral.

Photos obtained by Page Six appear to show Mike Vrabel and the New York Times’ top NFL reporter holding hands and hugging at a luxurious hotel.

Looking up at the pictures, hundreds of social media users identified the location as the Ambiente Sedona in Arizona, which claims to be Sedona's adults-only landscape hotel. A large number of social media users mocked the pair for their selection of an adult-only hotel.

Meanwhile, more than 15 million people have seen Dianna Russini's resignation shared on her X account.  

Russini is married to Shake Shack executive Kevin Goldschmidt. They tied the knot in 2020 and have two children.

Mike Vrabel and wife Jen Vrabel reportedly met as student athletes at Ohio State University and celebrated 25 years of marriage in 2024. They have two sons, one of whom, Tyler, briefly played for the Atlanta Falcons, according to Page Six.
