“The circumstances surrounding the collision are yet to be established and the investigation remains ongoing,” Victoria police said, as reported by the Guardian.
Supanova Comic Con is a major annual event that sees thousands of comic and gaming fans flock to the city, with the Melbourne leg adding significant crowds to an already busy area.
The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are yet to be established, and officers are currently probing the cause of the incident.
