Princess of Wales Kate Middleton has no plans to make sister-in-law Meghan Markle close friend amid claims of peace talks with the Duchess.

According to a report by the Radar Online, Kate Middleton is privately planning to extend an olive branch to Meghan even going against her husband Prince William.

The future queen wants to open up dialogue with Meghan in order to reunite William and Harry.

The close confidant said, "Kate has nothing but peace and love in her heart moving into 2026.

"She's willing to open up dialogue with Meghan after years of giving her the silent treatment, even if Prince William thinks it's a terrible idea."

However, the royal insiders claimed, “Kate has no plans to make Meghan a close friend.”

"But she does feel William and Harry's chances of making up would be greater if she and Meghan are able to find common ground."

The Princess of Wales, said the source, "has made it her mission to reunite Harry and William. It breaks her heart that the boys aren't on speaking terms."

About Meghan Markle, the close confidant said "From Meghan's point of view, it's going to be difficult for her to forgive Kate."

However, the spy said Meghan is ‘incredibly sad’ her children Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet don't know their cousins, and vice versa.
