‘Rebel’ Meghan Markle’s fight against inherited wealth exposed: You’re laughable’
Meghan Markle has been hit hard for her anti-royal rebel shtick where she’s someone who ‘fled the tyranny of inherited wealth’ only to use this ‘legacy’ later
In the eyes of Daily Mail columnist Jan Moir there is a lot happening in the Sussex came, but one thing is a ‘hard watch’ even for her, and that is seeing the Duchess “wandering around in her luscious designer casuals and serious jewellery in full oh-come-let-us-adore-her mode.”
She explained this point of view of hers in a piece for the same outlet and said, “bad enough that she was calling upon viewers to embrace old traditions, make new ones and 'elevate' every experience by spooning chilli crisp into a tub of store-bought tahini while making an edible wreath of broccoli spears.”
But what was something even worse was the prospect of “taking entertaining and hospitality advice from a woman who is estranged from her husband's family, alienated from most of her own family and who did not visit her father in hospital after he recently had a leg amputated.”
While Ms Moir did clarify, after her clap back “that people have their reasons for such decisions, she did make note of how the messages she preached in the Christmas special episode of With Love, Meghan sounds “hallow and laughable.”
After all, in the current climate want things that are “authentic, unfiltered realistic content,” not things filled with “hypocrisy from an anti-royal rebel who fled the tyranny of inherited wealth and privilege only to use this legacy to further her brand at every opportunity.”
