Rachel Zegler's cryptic new post hints at possible breakup from Nathan Louis-Fernand
Rachel Zegler sparks speculation about her relationship status with Nathan Louis-Fernand
Rachel Zegler appears to be hinting at a possible breakup from Nathan Louis-Fernand after sharing a cryptic Instagram post at the start of the new year.
The Snow White actress, 24, raised eyebrows with a cryptic Instagram post shared Thursday, Jan. 1.
Among the five images was a screenshot of a Google search reading “how to fumble a baddie,” alongside an illustration by artist Ben Lenovitz of a woman walking a dog while smoking a cigarette, captioned, “I’ll never get a boyfriend.”
Zegler kept her caption brief, writing, “hello twenty-twenty-six.”
The timing has fueled breakup rumors, as photos of Zegler with Louis-Fernand that once appeared on her Instagram—some dating back to July—have since been removed.
The two went public with their relationship last summer after starring together in the West End revival of Evita, which ran from June through September 2025.
They were last seen together publicly at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York on Nov. 27. Earlier in the year, Zegler praised Louis-Fernand on social media, calling him “the best of the best” and gushing about his performance in Evita.
Zegler was previously in a long-term relationship with West Side Story costar Josh Andrés Rivera, which ended in late 2024.
