Prince William and Kate Middleton on Wednesday shared a year-end Instagram post reflecting on 2025.
The royal couple's Instagram carousel started with a family photograph and was followed by a series of pictures capturing official engagements throughout the year.
The 15th photo featured the couple receiving foreign leaders as they arrived in the UK for official visits.
The leaders included US President Donald Trump and his wife Melania Trump, French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte Macron, and German President Frank-Walter Steinmeierand his wife Elke Büdenbender.
Kensington Palace's communications team combined the photos of foreign leaders and their wives into a collage for the year-end post.
Notably, President Donald Trump and Melania Trump's photo took center stage. Prince and Princess of Wales greeting the American guest appeared more eye-catching.
French President and his wife undertook a visit to the UK in July and met King Charles and Queen Camilla .
Trump visited the UK in September and was welcomed by Prince William and his wife, Princess Kate, to Windsor Castle on behalf of King Charles.
The German president and his wife met the monarch during their visit to the UK in December 2025.
