Prince Albert joins kids at The Christmas Tree at the Princier Palace: See
Prince Albert kickd off last leg before Christmas with The Christmas Tree at Princier Palace
Prince Albert has just been joined by Princess Charlene, Crown Prince James and Princess Gabriella, and HRH Princess Stephanie, Miss Camille Gottlieb and Mr. Louis Ducruet at the Court of Honor at the Princier Palace for the traditional Christmas Tree.
The entire event featured 730 Monagasy children aged 5 to 12 gathered this Wednesday afternoon in the Court of Honor at the Princier Palace for the traditional Christmas Tree.
For those unversed, the caption that accompanied the series of images reveals that this was initiated by the Princière Family several decades ago. Furthermore, “this iconic tradition is deeply rooted in the heart of the Monégasques. The first distribution of gifts in this form dates back to 1949, when Prince Rainier III's accession to the throne.”
As for the agenda, the caption goes on to say that the kids were greeted by Santa Claus, and enjoyed a series of artistic activities, filled with sweet tastings.
