Meghan Markle plans broadcasted vow renewal to Prince Harry: ‘Thirsty and desperate truly’
Meghan Markle’s gets emotionally roasted for acting ‘thirsty’ despite it not being a milestone marriage year
Meghan Markle has just been hammered by Sky News host Rita Panahi, during a conversation with Broadcaster Dee Dee Dunleavy.
During the conversation the two talked about the ridiculousness of the notion, not just because its only been 8 years since they married, but also because of the rumored plans to do it in front of a reality TV series crew.
The response for this, from the two presenters was immediate and Ms Dunleavy told Sky News host Rita Panahi, “thirsty/desperate … what’s their income? every task or every project that they’ve set out on has failed, and I think they’re just scratching around to make money in any particular way.”
She also didn’t end there and instead added, “their clearly inspired by Eleen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi who renewed their vows… and they got a lot of attention for that,” after all “Harry and Meghan have been married for eight years.”
After this sentence the host interjected to say something Ms Dunleavy even agreed with which is that, “its not even a milestone yet because their 10 year anniversary, 25 year--."
Those would “still would be tacky” in Ms Panahi’s eyes but as she said “at least there would be some reason to have a vow renewal”. Right now it seems ‘odd’ to be having it at 8 year in in her eyes, after all “what are you trying to say we survive the 7 year [inaudible]?”
For those unversed with the source that exposed the Sussex’s plan for this, it comes straight to RadarOnline and sees them admit “there is a growing feeling that this idea risks blurring the line between authenticity and performance. A vow renewal is typically an intimate... ... reaffirmation, but positioning it as the centerpiece of a reality-style project makes it feel more like a calculated production than a personal moment.”
