Meghan Markle snubs mother Doria Ragland's major warning
Despite mother Doria Ragland warning, Meghan is ‘determined’ to make her UK move a success
Meghan Markle has reportedly snubbed her mother Doria Ragland warning regarding her move back to Britain with her family—husband Prince Harry and their children Archie and Lilibet.
Royal expert Rob Shuter has made these claims in his latest piece for substack Naughty But Nice.
Citing the family sources, the expert said Meghan Markle’s mom warned the Duchess not to move back to England.
Doria is ‘terrified history will repeat itself’, the source went on saying.
“Doria told Meghan to think very carefully before moving back,” a family source claimed.
“She watched what Britain did to her daughter the first time. She saw the pressure, the criticism and the toll it took. She’s terrified history will repeat itself.”
However, the insiders said, “She isn’t rooting against Meghan. She’s protecting her. That’s what mothers do.”
Meanwhile, the Duchess is ‘determined’ to make their UK move a success.
The royal insiders have claimed this to the Closer after reports Meghan wants to move back to California.
The close confidant says Meghan has tried to reach out to other friends in the UK, to no avail, but is still having to paint on a ‘positive face’ to prove that she’s determined to make their UK move a success.
The sources continued, “She does have a lot more friends in the U.K. this time around, but the problem is they’re all scattered about, so it’s not as though she can just pop over for tea with most of them. The majority of them are also very busy and spend a lot of time outside the country, so her social life isn’t going to be anything near what it is in California.”
