A new home of former Duke of York Andrew has been revealed as he is set to move out of the Royal Lodge.

According to a report by The Sun on Sunday, per the Daily Mail, Princess Eugenie and Beatrice father could be moving into a rundown farm on the Sandringham estate.

The Marsh Farm, is located seven miles west of King Charles' lavish country retreat, is reportedly being eyed up for when he leaves Royal Lodge.

The insider said Andrew 'has been told he is off to Marsh Farm', but 'it needs an awful lot of work to be done before it's habitable'.

The insider told the outlet 'It means we could be waiting a long time before he ever leaves Royal Lodge.”

Meanwhile, royal expert Andrew Lownie has claimed in his substack, that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor may be moving into a ‘shoebox’ farm on the Sandringham estate.

“It’s certainly modest in the context of Royal Lodge but would still be a dream home for most of us. It’s particularly convenient that it is being renovated as well, because this might give Andrew the chance to stall the move for as long as possible,” the expert said.

Previously, Andrew Lownie has also claimed, “it’s most likely that Andrew will spend most of his time in a lavish palace in Bahrain that he has been promised the use of, and the farm will be no more than a base for when he’s in the UK.”

About the farm, the outlet reported the wooden-gated Marsh Farm is situated a short distance north of his father's former home, near the Dersingham Bog Nature Reserve.

It has a gravel driveway, with a main home, two reception rooms, kitchen, and some outbuildings.
