Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie are torn between celebrating Christmas with their scandal-ridden parents and the royal family.

Beatrice and Eugenie have reportedly received invites to celebrate Christmas in Sandringham, Norfolk, with the King and the rest of the royal family. On the other hand, their parents would like them to spend Christmas with them at the Royal Lodge.

This will mark Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson’s last Christmas at the mansion, where they have lived for the past two decades. The couple have been told to hand over the lease of the property after new emails revealed their correspondence with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

The former Prince was stripped of his titles following renewed interest in his ties to Epstein.

According to the Daily Mail, a source said that Beatrice feels like she "has to be in three places at once" on Christmas Day.

The Princess purportedly wants to spend Christmas at her new Cotswolds home with her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, their children and her mother.

But joining the royals is good for her public image. On the other hand, she doesn’t want to miss the last Christmas at the Royal Lodge, where both her and her sister’s weddings took place.

"Unless she makes a decision to pick one side and one side only, she will spend a lot of time in the car. Overall it falls to the princesses to soothe family divisions. They are struggling with Christmas," the mole explained.

As for her sister, "Eugenie was tempted to stay in Portugal with her family and husband Jack Brooksbank. She is so settled there, far from all the drama."
