Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson attended the christening of their grandaughter Athena at St James's Palace.
However, the former couple chose not to attend the celebration as their daughter Princess Beatrice and son-in-law Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi went to Marylebone pub alongside others.
The ceremony represented a significant moment for the former Duke and Duchess of York, as it was their first royal outing following the removal of their titles in October, according to GB News.
Andrew and Sarah reportedly returned to home after the christening.
Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank were present, as was Princess Nina of Greece and Denmark, who serves as a godmother.
Singer James Blunt was also spotted among those invited to join the post-ceremony festivities.
King Charles did not attend despite receiving an invitation and having no official duties scheduled for the day.
Prince William and Kate Middleton were also not present at the baptism.
Princess Anne had a prior commitment at The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst Sovereign's Parade in Camberley, Berkshire.
King Charles stripped his younger brother Andrew of his title of prince and forced him out of his Windsor home on October 30, seeking to distance the royals from him over his links to the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.
Andrew, 65, the younger brother of Charles and second son of the late Queen Elizabeth, has come under mounting pressure in recent years over his behaviour and his ties to the late sex offender Epstein. Earlier in October he was forced to stop using his title of Duke of York.
