Duchess Sophie recently made a special visit to organizations in Oxfordshire.

On Thursday, the official Instagram handle of the British royal family shared an update on the Duchess of Edinburgh's latest visit.

During her visit Duchess Sophie, wife of Prince Edward, visited Oxfordshire and met young children receiving treatments.

The carousel of photos from the visit was shared, showcasing the Duchess interacting with individuals and workers at the organizations.

Details shared in the caption read, "The Duchess of Edinburgh visited organisations in Oxfordshire yesterday, celebrating their support for local communities."

It continued further, highlighting the visit at Windale Community Hub, where the sister-in-law of King Charles heard "about vital services addressing food poverty and social isolation, including food banks, tech classes and family activities."

Moreover, at the RAW Workshop, Duchess Sophie learned how the team "provides training and mental health support for young people facing challenges such as homelessness and addiction," and also help them build "woodwork skills and upcycle furniture."

On the other hand, at the Ronald McDonald House, she met children "receiving treatment and the families staying in the charity’s 'home away from home' accommodation during hospital care."

It is pertinent to mention that this comes after the Duchess of Edinburgh visited Realm of Belize last week.
