Meghan Markle has just been ridiculed to the highest degree for the way she’s been handling public interaction.
So much so that its even led British broadcaster and photographer Helena Chard to step forward with her point of view and speak to Fox News Digital.
For those still unversed, this is in relation to the admission made in Harpers Bazaar about Meghan being formally announced when she enters a friends up in the Upper East Side of New York as Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex, to the shock of many.
This comes despite the Duchess having openly spoken out against the Firm, made revelations about private family moments and even spoken out about the need to crusty to the monarch, among other things.
However, now the 44-year-old is not only being announced as the Duchess of Sussex, but also uses ‘Sussex’ as a sort of family name ‘loosely’ , which is explained to Emily Chang during a Bloomberg interview.
For experts like Ms Chard however, this has been called perplexing because, “This is not protocol, let alone royal protocol.”
She even told the outlet, “it’s bizarre and highlights that Meghan attaches enormous importance to her royal status.”
In her eyes, “Meghan will cling to her Duchess of Sussex title because it gives her a sense of importance.” Not to mention “the title remains useful for Meghan’s business activities, particularly in the United States.”
However, the biggest benefit it seems to offer at the moment is that “it gets people talking and keeps her in the limelight.”
Regardless, it prompted Ms Chard to add one more thing before signing off and it’s the thought that, “one thing is for sure — she certainly keeps giving comedy writers fabulous content. They must be having a field day.”
