While performing her hit song Bubble Pop, she lost her consciousness and collapsed onstage.
Backdrop dancers quickly came to the rescue with security guards tailing behind them. Soon on of the guard carried her in arms and took her off stage.
Reason of her collapse was seemingly the result of her weight loss.
She recently revealed that she had lost 10 kilograms in just 1 month, following rumours of weight gain and a possible pregnancy.
Fans on social media got worried about her health with one writing, "She's sweating profusely! She was most likely ill before this performance. I hope she's ok!"
Another said, "Heat exhaustion. I know from personal experience."
A third user wrote, "10kg in a month is beyond concerning, there isn't a healthy way to achieve that."
According to Koreantimes, she has a history of vasovagal fainting, resulting from sudden drops in heart rate or blood pressure, as well as other health issues.
HyunA has previously said that her stamina drops sharply and she collapses when her weight falls below 45 kilograms.
Following her collapse, the I’m Not Cool singer took to her Instagram story, to apologise for disruption in the event.
"I’m really sorry. It was a short break between performances, but I wanted to show you my best. I don’t remember anything that happened, and I feel like I wasn’t professional," she said.
As of now HyunA seems to be recovering from her illness and looking forward to make a comeback on stage.
